30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Manufacturer's Defects or Our Errors: If an item has a manufacturer's defect or we made an error with your order, we will pay the return shipping costs and provide a replacement upon receipt of the returned item.
- Other Returns: A 10% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The item must be unopened, in its original box, with all seals intact.
